Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Artpiece ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Artpiece is a jigsaw puzzle and coloring game. You assemble puzzle pieces, color artwork, and view your finished creations in 3D. All content is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

User Content

Any artwork you create within the App is yours. The App stores your creations locally on your device. We do not collect, access, or claim ownership of your artwork.

Book Purchases

Premium books are non-consumable, one-time purchases processed by Google Play. Google Play displays the final price and currency before you confirm. A completed purchase unlocks the interactive pages and printable PDF described on that book's purchase screen. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically.

You can restore eligible purchases through the Google Play account that completed them. Access may require an internet connection for purchase verification. If Google Play refunds, cancels, or revokes a transaction, access to that book may also be removed.

Refunds

Refund eligibility and timing depend on Google Play's policies, your location, and applicable law. You can review or request a refund through Google Play's refund help, or contact us if you need help with a purchase.

Printable Books

Printable coloring-book PDFs are licensed for personal, household, and classroom activity use. You may print copies for those purposes, but you may not resell, redistribute, upload, or commercially exploit the PDF or its individual pages.

Intellectual Property

The puzzle designs, illustrations, and App interface are owned by Artpiece. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell the App's content or code.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose as a puzzle and coloring game. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artpiece shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
